RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Laptops/Notebooks

Two (2) and Three (3) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for Laptop/Notebook computers. These plans may be used on products for personal, home, and commercial use. Coverage on these plans is Carry-In. The customer can ship the product to one of WarranTech authorized service centers, and WarranTech will ship the package back to the consumer after completion of the repair. These plans can be converted to On-Site/In-Home plans by purchasing a RepairMaster On-Site Coverage.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Computer Systems

Two (2) and Three (3) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for Computer Systems. These plans also cover two peripherals (Monitors, Printers, Scanners, Hard Drives, Copiers, MP3 Players, Zip Drives, and any other internal or external devices that can be connected to computer with a cable), if purchased on the same invoice with a computer. These plans may be used on products for personal, home, and commercial use. Coverage on these plans is Carry-In. The customer can ship the product to one of WarranTech authorized service centers, and WarranTech will ship the package back to the consumer after completion of the repair. These plans can be converted to On-Site/In-Home plans by purchasing a RepairMaster On-Site Coverage.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Peripherals

Two (2) and Three (3) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for Monitors, Printers, Scanners, Hard Drives, Copiers, MP3 Players, Zip Drives, and any other internal or external devices that can be connected to Computer System or Laptop/Notebook computer with a cable. These plans may be used on products for personal, home, and commercial use. Coverage on these plans is Carry-In. The customer can ship the product to one of WarranTech authorized service centers, and WarranTech will ship the package back to the consumer after completion of the repair. These plans can be converted to On-Site/In-Home plans by purchasing a RepairMaster On-Site Coverage.
RepairMaster On-Site Coverage Two (2) and Three (3) year date of purchase (DOP) services that convert Laptops/Notebooks, Computer Systems, and Peripherals Carry-In plans to On-Site/In-Home plans. In many instances when in-home service is not feasible or is not convenient, these plans will pay the shipping expense both ways. These plans are On-Site/In-Home even if the original manufacturer's warranty does not provide for in-home service.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Non-Plasma Televisions

One (1) year extention (EXT) and Three (3) and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for any Direct View (CRT/Tube) Television, LCD and DLP Television, DVD/TV and VCR/TV combo Television, and any other Non-Plasma Television. These plans may be used on products for personal and home use.

* Lamps are not included in these plans.

All plans for Non-Plasma Televisions that are over $750 include On-Site/In-Home service. On-Site/In-Home service is also available for Non-Plasma Televisions that are $750 or below.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Plasma Televisions

One (1) year extention (EXT) and Three (3) and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for Plasma TVs. These plans may be used on products for personal and home use.

All plans include On-Site/In-Home service.
RepairMaster Screen Damage Coverage

Two (2), Three (3), and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) coverages for any Laptop/Notebook computer, any Monitor, or any Television. These coverages must be purchased at the same time the product and the products's comprehensive RepairMaster Extended Warranty plan are purchased. Screen Damage Coverage commences immediately upon purchase of the product. Should the screen of your Laptop/Notebook computer, Monitor, or TV become scratched or damaged unintentionally, the screen will be replaced.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Home Theatre

Three (3) and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for the entire Home Theatre system. All plans include On-Site/In-Home service. This plan provides for a technician to pull the defective unit from the Home Theatre system and send it to WarranTech authorized service center for repair. Once the defective unit has been repaired, the technician will reinstall the unit. All components of the Home Theatre system may be covered, except for wiring and installation. Televisions in the Home Theatre system have all On-Site/In-Home service. These plans may be used on products for personal and home use.

Tiers are determined by total ticket hardware and labor. Wiring and construction are excluded.

All plans include On-Site/In-Home service.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Home Audio Equipment

Three (3) and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for still audio products, audio systems, and MP3 players. Multiple systems with one serial number may be covered under one plan. These plans may be used on products for personal and home use. Coverage on these plans is Carry-In. The customer can ship the product to one of WarranTech authorized service centers, and WarranTech will ship the package back to the consumer after completion of the repair.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Video Equipment
Three (3) and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for video products including both still and video digital cameras. These plans cover DVDs, DVRs, Tivo, Satellite, Camcorders, Cameras, and Lenses. These plans may be used on products for personal and home use. Coverage on these plans is Carry-In. The customer can ship the product to one of WarranTech authorized service centers, and WarranTech will ship the package back to the consumer after completion of the repair.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Mobile Electronics (Car Systems)

Three (3) and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for Mobile Electronics / Car Systems. These plans cover all car audio and video products, including GPS. One SKU can be used to cover the Car System purchased on the same invoice. These plans may be used on products for personal and home use. Coverage on these plans is Carry-In. The customer can ship the product to one of WarranTech authorized service centers, and WarranTech will ship the package back to the consumer after completion of the repair.

* Any component may be replaced one (1) time if not repairable.
RepairMaster Extended Warranty Plan for Appliances

Two (2), Three (3), and Five (5) year date of purchase (DOP) plans for any major appliance. These plans may be used on products for personal and home use. These plans mirror the original manufacturer's warranty with respect to On-Site/In-Home or Carry-In service. If original manufacturer's warranty is Carry-In, the customer can ship the product to one of WarranTech authorized service centers, and WarranTech will ship the package back to the consumer after completion of the repair.

About WarranTech® RepairMaster™
     WarranTech® is one of the largest Third Party Service Plan providers in the world and is underwritten by an insurance company rated "Excellent" by A.M. Best. The RepairMaster™ Service Plan will provide repair or replacement of your consumer product with no deductible and no hidden charges. The RepairMaster™ Extended Warranty plans cover all mechanical and electrical defects that would normally be covered by the original manufacturer’s written warranty, unless otherwise stated in the plan.
     RepairMaster world-class Extended Warranty is serviced by over 12,000 repair centers nationwide. Parts and labor fully covered with no deductibles and no limits on the number of service calls or repairs. You will have access to toll-free (24) hour support line staffed by expert technicians. Should your product need repair, simply call RepairMaster's toll free number. If your equipment is still covered by the manufacturer, you may be directed to contact the manufacturer prior to being referred to WarranTech authorized service center.
Warranty/Coverage Details
The RepairMaster Service Plan mirrors the manufacturer's warranty in its coverage, covering all that the manufacturer covers.
Date of Purchase (DOP) Plans – RepairMaster™ warranty extension begins on the date of purchase (DOP) of your product. Coverage goes into effect when the shortest portion of the original manufacturer's warranty expires. For example, for a manufacturer's 90-days labor and 1-year parts warranty, the extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the extended warranty period.
Extensions (EXT) Plans – Extensions begin when the shortest portion of the original manufacturer's warranty expires. For example, for a manufacturer's 90-days labor and 1-year parts warranty, the 1st day of extended warranty would begin on the 91st day and last for the duration of the extended warranty period.
Worldwide Service – All RepairMaster™ plans are international at the conclusion of the shortest portion of the original manufacturer's warranty. RepairMaster service plans go with the customer. Service plans are good outsite the United States, but no longer have On-Site/In-Home provisions. Customers that acquire service outside the United States are reimbursed for the costs of fixing the product.
If your product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a product of equivalent or greater value.
If the product's shortest portion of the original manufacturer's warranty is 1 year, a RepairMaster Extended Warranty plan may be purchased within 9 months from the date of purchase of the product. If the product's shortest portion of the original manufacturer's warranty is 90 days, a RepairMaster Extended Warranty plan may be purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase of the product.
RepairMaster™ plans/coverages also cover "refurbished" products as long as the refurbished product has a minimum 90 days parts and labor warranty from the manufacturer.
RepairMaster™ plans/coverages can be transfered to another person for a nominal charge of $10.
The service plan/coverage is fully insured through an insurance carrier with assets in excess of $54 billion.
Once plan/coverage is purchased, the service plan/coverage will remain in effect even in the unlikely event Warrantech® or HiTechBuy.com is no longer in business.
